Hi,

I have few questions related to user status and implications for license allocation.

1. What is the difference between ‘Suspended’ and “Revoked’ user status?
2. When the user status is ‘Suspended’, can the license be re-assigned to another user, or does it remain with the suspended user? 
3. In case of ‘Revoked’ status, can the license be re-assigned to another user?
